Preparation
You will need:
- 200ml (1/3 pint) of water or milk (cold or warm)
- A whisk or fork
- A glass or mug
- 60g (4 rounded tablespoons) of Complan Original
Ready in three simple steps:
- Measure out 200ml (1/3 pint) of cold milk or water. Then pour a small amount of it into a glass.
- Add 60g (4 rounded tablespoons) of Complan to the small amount of milk or water and blend into a paste using a fork or whisk. This paste can be added to soups, stews, mashed potato and other foods, or for a drink, follow step 3.
- Pour in the rest of the milk or water, stir well and enjoy your delicious drink.
